Directions
Roads will not bring you to Stehekin. Cut off from the outside world by the surrounding mountains and Lake Chelan, travel to Stehekin can be accomplished by passenger ferry, private boat, floatplane, horseback, or by hiking. Once you arrive in Stehekin we are happy to pick you up at that landing and bring you to your lodgings.
Ferry
Lady of the Lake is a passenger ferry that travels from the town of Chelan, up Lake Chelan to Stehekin stopping at Fields Point, Prince Creek, and Lucerne (Port of Holden). There is parking available at Chelan and Fields Point. Two ferries run daily in the summer and early fall, and one runs the rest of the year. Chartered Boat
Skipper Gordon has a luxury cruiser that can travel the round trip from Chelan to Stehekin in three hours. He operates all year round during daylight hours, and can carry up to nine people. For more information call

Floatplane
Daily scheduled flights are available from May through October. The flight time is approximately 25 minutes to and from Chelan and Stehekin. Chelan Seaplanes is located next to the Lady of the Lake for those that may wish to fly one way and boat the other. Scenic Tours of the Stehekin Valley are also available at Stehekin Landing. Horseback and Hiking
For the adventurous, there are trail routes into Stehekin.
